from 7.00

☽ About the product ☾

All my herbal tinctures are blended with intuitive guidance and medicinal mastery. I create these medicines in small batches, use gluten-free grain alcohol in a 1:4 menstruum ratio, and allow them to infuse for 6-8 weeks, so you know you’re getting a superior and potent product!

Please note the size of the product prior to purchase. For herbal tinctures, I am currently offering 1 oz and 2 oz sizes, and plan to offer 4 oz soon! All tinctures come in a high-quality amber glass dropper bottle, sealed for your safety.

♀ CYCLE ♀

Ah, that time of the month. It can bring with it such discomfort, but with the healing powers of herbs, it doesn’t have to be the “curse” that we’re taught that it is in this society. I’ve struggled with premenstrual issues for many years, prompting me to create this special blend for all the women in my life. This monthly moon tincture includes:

•    Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus)
•    Vitex Berry (Vitex agnus-castus)
•    Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa)
•    Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
•    Damiana (Turnera diffusa)
•    Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
•    Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

These herbs have been used by generations of medicine women to promote healthy blood flow, reduce cramping/pain, balance hormones, nourish the uterus, and improve mood during “moon time.” Begin taking at the first sign of PMS, or approximately a week prior to menstruation, and continue until your usual cramping ceases. And as always, I suggest that you do your research on each of these herbal ingredients, to make sure this blend is right for your needs!
