Personalized Coaching for Mind & Body Recovery

Recover your health without making healing your full-time job

If you're here, chances are you've already tried just about everything.

You've seen specialists, researched endlessly, experimented with diets and supplements, listened to podcasts, read the books, and maybe even completed one or more brain retraining programs. You've worked so hard to get your life back- but somehow you still feel stuck.

I know that place well.

After more than 15 years of navigating my own journey with chronic symptoms, I discovered that lasting change wasn't about finding the next miracle solution. It came from learning how to work with my brain and nervous system instead of constantly fighting them. That shift helped me go from being largely housebound to hiking mountains again, and it completely transformed the way I understand health and recovery.

Today, I help others discover that same possibility.

Together, we'll combine evidence-based neuroscience, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and emotional exploration practices to create an approach that is uniquely yours. My goal isn't to "fix" you, because I don't believe you're broken. Instead, we'll create the conditions that allow your nervous system to feel safer, more flexible, and better able to support the life you want to live.

My Approach

No two people arrive with the same story, so no two coaching sessions look exactly alike. Every session is tailored to your goals, your experiences, and your unique nervous system.

Depending on what feels most supportive, we may draw from:

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)

  • Brain retraining techniques, including those from Curable, DARE, the Gupta Program, and DNRS

  • Somatic Experiencing principles and nervous system regulation

  • Mindfulness and guided meditation

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Emotional awareness and embodiment

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Understanding the overlap between anxiety, OCD, and chronic neuroplastic symptoms

You don't need experience with any of these approaches. My role isn't to fit you into a program- it's to help you discover what works best for you.

Why Work With Me?

Choosing the right coach is about more than credentials- it's about finding someone who truly understands what you're going through.

Before finding this path, I spent years working in biomedical research, studying human physiology, metabolism, and biochemistry. Today, I combine that scientific background with professional training as a Certified Health Coach, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified NLP Practitioner, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy practitioner. I'm also currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, continually expanding my knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Beyond my credentials, I bring something even more valuable: lived experience. For more than fifteen years, I've navigated my own journey with chronic neuroplastic symptoms, and that journey continues to shape both my life and my work. I know what it's like to feel trapped by symptoms, search endlessly for answers, and wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again. Along the way, I've experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to work with the brain and nervous system in a new way- and I've also learned that recovery isn't always linear.

Today, I blend science, compassion, intuition, and practical tools to support each client's unique journey. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions- together, we'll discover the approach that feels most aligned with you and your goals.

Coaching May Be Right for You If...

  • You're living with chronic pain, fatigue, digestive symptoms, tinnitus, or other persistent symptoms that are limiting your life.

  • Anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, or overthinking have become exhausting companions.

  • You're ready for an approach that goes beyond symptom management and supports lasting nervous system change.

  • You want guidance from someone who combines scientific understanding with intuition and lived experience.

  • You're looking for practical, evidence-based tools that you can incorporate without rigid protocols or pressure.

  • You're ready to stop organizing your life around fear and symptoms, and start building a life that's bigger than them.

A Safe Space to Explore

There are no off-limits topics in our sessions.

Whether we're talking about chronic symptoms, relationships, grief, trauma, spirituality, identity, or simply the challenges of being human, you'll be met with compassion- not judgment.

I strive to create a space that is trauma-informed, queer-inclusive, spiritually open, and welcoming to everyone. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more confident in your own capacity for change.

Session Information

Coaching is currently offered as individual 30- or 60-minute sessions, allowing you to receive support exactly when you need it without committing to a package (following a 75-minute, one-time intake session). All sessions are held virtually, over the phone or via Google Meet video.

Whether you're looking for a single session to gain clarity or ongoing support as you continue your recovery, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Recovery doesn't happen because you find the perfect supplement, the perfect mindset, or the perfect program. It happens through small, consistent shifts that help your nervous system rediscover safety, flexibility, and trust.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

If you're ready for compassionate, personalized support rooted in both science and heart, I'd love to meet you.
