I am thrilled to be a Primal Health Coach, and I love to use my knowledge of ancestral health to combat modern chronic illness patterns. Plus, I have a B.S. in Health and Human Sciences and several years of clinical research under my belt. And when it comes to personal experience, I've got plenty of that too! I have been managing a chronic illness for over 7 years now, and I have learned a lot about nutrition, movement, spiritual growth, and self-care. I can walk with you and help you navigate the difficulties of dealing with complex and hard-to-treat illnesses.

This is 30 minutes of personalized time over the phone, where we can chat about your health goals and make sure we're a good fit for each other. It's a no-pressure, hassle-free way to "meet" and create a strategy for your optimal wellness.

Then, when you're ready to set up your first coaching session, we will find a time that works in both of our schedules. Online coaching is fantastic because it offers maximum flexibility, which is important when you're already struggling with health issues! If you live in the Denver/Boulder area and would rather meet in person, I offer sessions by appointment.

I know that getting started is the hardest part, but I can help.

During this one-time, no-obligation session, I will help you clean out your pantry and fridge of the foods that have been holding you back, and teach you about healthier substitutes. Then, we'll take a guided grocery shopping trip and fill your home up with lots of clean, nourishing choices. I'll teach you how to read food labels, how to save money on staple items, and how to extend the shelf life of your groceries. 

Your investment: $250

If you're concerned about waste, like I am, don't worry. You can still purge your pantry without guilt. I work with local food banks, to re-distribute your unwanted nonperishable goods. Plus, we'll recycle and compost (where available) everything we can!
