Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to heal. They've worked hard, learned countless techniques, and devoted enormous energy to understanding their symptoms, regulating their nervous systems, and finding the next piece of the puzzle.

While that work can be valuable, it can also become exhausting.

Co-Regulation Sessions offer something different.


What To Expect From Co-Regulation Time

This is not a coaching session. It's not therapy. It's not a healing session. There is no agenda, no goal to achieve, and no pressure to make progress.

Instead, it's an opportunity to spend time with another caring, regulated human being in a way that feels natural, supportive, and alive.

Together, we may explore:

  • Breathing, stretching, yawning

  • Sharing stories or memories

  • Playing online games

  • Arts and crafts

  • Relaxed conversation

  • Listening to music

  • Chatting about dreams, goals, or future adventures

  • Daydreaming or creative visualization

  • Nerding out about hobbies and interests

  • Celebrating wins or milestones

  • Holding space for tears or silence

  • Sharing tea or a meal

  • Whatever feels easy, free, joyful, or relaxed!


You deserve Safe social connection

At the core, these heart-full sessions are about shared humanity.

Research continues to show that our nervous systems are deeply influenced by relational interaction. We regulate through safe connection, shared experiences, play, curiosity, laughter, creativity, and simply being with others.

Yet many people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, or nervous system dysregulation become increasingly isolated over time. Life gets smaller. Conversations become centered around symptoms. Joy, spontaneity, and companionship can quietly disappear.

This space offers something many people don't realize they're missing: the chance to participate in life without making healing or recovery the center of attention.


There is nothing you need to prepare. Nothing you need to perform. Nothing you need to fix.

Just come as you are.
